Carlos Rodríguez-Pastor is founder and Chairman of Intercorp and founder and Managing Partner of Nexus Group. Intercorp and Nexus Group invest primarily in Peru and the Andean Region and manage portfolio companies in financial services, retail, real estate, education, healthcare, leisure and entertainment and packaging.
He is also Co-Chairman of The Chairman's International Advisory Council of the Americas Society/Council of the Americas, member of the Board of Trustees at Dartmouth College and member of the Board of Trustees at The New York Public Library.
Mr. Rodríguez-Pastor is also very much involved in education projects as co-founder and Chairman of Innova Schools.
Mr. Rodriguez-Pastor graduated with a BA in Social Sciences from the University of California at Berkeley in 1983 and obtained an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College in 1988.
