Biography
Mark Rogers directs the forest management planning, operations, and Forest Stewardship Council® certification across the 253,000-acre Cumberland Forest Project in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia. A native of East Tennessee, Mark has over 25 years of forest management experience working with forest industry in Virginia, and the Tennessee Division of Forestry.

While in college, Mark worked at a residential high school for the deaf, and had the opportunity to tutor the American citizenship exam to an international exchange student from China.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys woodworking (collecting old barn wood and rough lumber to repurpose into furniture), gardening, cooking, and any outdoor activities—but especially spending time with his wife Lori and two grown children, Connor and Elaina.
