Glen facilitates and structures NatureVest’s debt-for-nature conversions, which provide financing for extensive conservation and climate adaptation efforts. Prior to joining The Nature Conservancy, Glen worked at Conservation Capital where he led the development of tailored and innovative conservation investment solutions. These included the world’s first outcomes-based financing facility targeting the conservation of an endangered species, as well as several terrestrial and marine initiatives in protected areas across three continents. Additionally, he has worked as a commercial law attorney in the UK and USA. Glen holds a BA from the University of Oxford and a Masters of Law from the Arctic University of Norway, where he specialized in marine and biodiversity topics.
