On this journey, experience the unparalleled beauty of Lake Superior’s shores. Starting in Marquette, explore the coast to its northernmost point, which projects into Lake Superior and carries the moniker of Copper Country to mark its prominence in the first U.S. mining boom in the 1800s. From the rocks below to the sky above, this adventure promises to provide insights into places many visitors don’t experience.
