The Nature Conservancy Appoints Roshni Nadar Malhotra to its Global Board of Directors

The Nature Conservancy announced the recent appointment of Roshni Nadar Malhotra as a member of its global Board of Directors.

“I am excited to welcome Roshni to our global Board of Directors,” said TNC CEO Jennifer Morris. “Roshni’s deep experience in the global technology sector, her passion for protecting lesser-known species, and her leadership in nurturing India’s youth will be instrumental in guiding our efforts to achieve our 2030 Goals.”

“Roshni’s management expertise and global perspective will help bring TNC one step closer to our vision of creating a world where nature and people thrive,” said Board Chair Senator William Frist. “I’m thrilled to have her join the Global Board of Directors, where she will make an immediate impact in scaling and accelerating our work.”

Roshni is the Chairperson of HCL Technologies, a multi-billon dollar leading global technology company. She’s also the Chairperson and driving force behind VidyaGyan, a leadership academy for underprivileged students and is instrumental in nurturing future leaders from rural India. A passionate conservationist and wildlife enthusiast, she established The Habitats Trust in 2018 to protect India’s natural habitats and indigenous species.

Roshni is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the MIT School of Engineering and a member of the Kellogg School of Management Executive Board for Asia. She received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and her B.A. from Northwestern University.
