Exploring with TNC means showing respect for each other, respect for the world around us and acting with integrity. Before signing up for a field trip, please review TNC’s Field Trip Participant Expectations.

Yes! We often receive cancellations—especially as we get closer to a field trip date—and will notify waitlisted members as soon as a spot may become available.

Legacy Club members are welcome to bring a guest with them on a field trip.

Information, including meeting location, itinerary, and what to bring, will be emailed to you using the email address you signed up with approximately one month prior to your field trip.

Most field trip fees are nonrefundable unless noted otherwise on the registration page for a specific field trip. The Nature Conservancy deeply appreciates your full support and special consideration to allow your generosity to continue to empower our mission.

No dogs or pets are allowed at these ecologically sensitive locations. Email Elaine Liles if you have a registered support dog you need to bring.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to our meeting locations. At this time, we are not able to facilitate carpooling options.

Florida weather can be unpredictable. In instances of light rain, we will normally proceed as planned. For days when the temperatures dip, we suggest dressing in layers. If severe weather is in the forecast, we will notify guests of any altered plans. If we must cancel a trip for weather reasons, we will try to reschedule the date.
