Event Overview

This summer, visitors to our Burnham Brook Preserve can reserve an all-terrain wheelchair (also known as a track chair). Visit our track chair webpage to find everything you need to know before your visit, including a trail map, a waiver and FAQs to make make your visit safe and enjoyable.

The Nature Conservancy is excited to give visitors an extra way to see the Burnham Brook Preserve’s grassy fields, vibrant vernal pool, and tall and mighty trees. Current trails are accommodating the track chair and new ones are being mapped out for the future. We hope you’ll visit soon!
