Attention TNC Suppliers! Get Ready!

TNC is Implementing Workday in January 2026

TNC will transition to Workday, effective early January 2026. This new financial system includes all our Supplier information, and it requires some action from you to ensure a smooth transition. Please be aware of the steps you need to complete below to ensure timely payments for invoices. The Workday supplier Job Aid (linked below) includes information on creating and maintaining your profile in Workday starting in January

  1) Before December 12: Invoices that need to be paid in 2025 must be received by your point of contact at TNC no later than December 12, 2025.

    a) TNC staff will be unable to submit invoices for payment between December 15, 2025, and January 8, 2026, to allow TNC to transition to the Workday platform.

    b) As a result of this block-out, invoices received after December 12 may not be paid until we have your supplier profile created and implemented in January 2026.

    c) Payments for invoices received after the due date or for services rendered during the block-out period will resume in January 2026, following the end of the block-out period.

2) After January 8th: To receive future payments, please update your Workday Supplier Profile by reviewing and/or updating the following information. You will receive a Workday system-generated email [Workday Strategic Sourcing ].

    a) Contacts: Add/edit appropriate contact information from your team

     b) Banking: Review/verify/update address, banking information

    c) Supplier Category field: This value represents a high-level description of the service/products provided to TNC.

3) If you experience any issues with the Workday system, please contact our Supplier Relationship Management team at wdsupplier@tnc.org.

Suppliers new to TNC?

Return here in January 2026 if you are interested in doing business with The Nature Conservancy (TNC) to register in the Workday portal.

Registering in Workday will allow TNC to review your profile for consideration in sourcing events as project needs are identified, but it does not guarantee future business.
