TNC & Acura work together for a more sustainable future.
Acura’s donation of 75 EVs and accompanying support will help TNC accelerate toward its goal of lowering carbon emissions.
It’s our mission to conserve the lands and waters on which all life depends, and to do so, we must address the climate crisis from as many angles as possible. From natural climate solutions like protecting carbon-rich wetlands to reducing carbon emissions—every action counts.
Lowering Emissions and Driving Change
The Nature Conservancy is thankful to Acura for helping us take another step toward our sustainability goals. Acura has donated electric vehicles (EVs) to TNC’s fleet, empowering our teams to reduce emissions while continuing critical conservation work across the country. These EVs will help us transition to renewable energy sources and minimize our carbon footprint—making every mile count for the planet.
Together, we’re proving that innovation and environmental stewardship can go hand in hand. Whether we’re restoring habitats, protecting biodiversity, or engaging communities, this donation helps us do so with greener transportation.

75 New Electric Vehicles (EVs)
Acura has gifted TNC 75 new ZDX EVs. These EVs will be used at TNC properties across the U.S. Together, we are making progress toward our goal to transition to 30% EVs by 2030.

Cleaner Transportation
These EVs will help transport TNC staff, supporting conservation across the country, from the islands of Hawaii to the Atlantic coast, and preserves in between.

Powering Change
The Honda family of companies in the U.S., which includes Acura, has also contributed $1M to TNC to help expand charging capacity and renewable energy options at TNC properties. Together, we're progressing renewable energy solutions.
