The RRG Sustainable Water Impact Fund (SWIF) is a global real assets platform investing in land, water, and agri-food in premium farming regions to deliver strong financial returns and positive environmental and social outcomes.
Launched in 2019, SWIF is a collaboration between RRG Capital Management and The Nature Conservancy (TNC), spearheaded by TNC's impact investing team, NatureVest. SWIF focuses on strategic land, water, and agri-food assets that we believe are critical to food markets, communities, and the environment. SWIF is structured to combine the expertise of RRG and TNC across sustainable food and agriculture, water stewardship, biodiversity and habitat conservation, and renewable energy. The Fund aims to demonstrate successful private capital deployment that better meets the needs of both people and nature.
