At The Nature Conservancy, we celebrate all our employees—and this June, we’re excited to celebrate our LGBTQ+ employees on International Pride Day (June 28) and during Pride Month, and to recognize their contributions toward creating a future with a liveable climate, healthy communities and thriving nature.

Guided by our Nature’s Pride employee resource group and colleagues throughout TNC, we recognize the strength, resilience and resolve our LGBTQ+ employees—alongside all their colleagues—bring to our mission. They embody our unwavering belief that conservation is best advanced by the leadership and contributions of people from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences and identities.
