The Nature Conservancy in South Carolina is pleased to announce the addition of Philip Gray to its philanthropy team.

As Senior Associate Director of Philanthropy, he will work closely with supporters along the South Carolina coast to help them achieve their philanthropic goals while protecting lands and waters statewide. As TNC celebrates more than 55 years in S.C., Philip’s leadership will continue to elevate the organization’s impact and visibility across South Carolina and beyond.

Before joining TNC, Gray served as the senior development officer for African Parks Foundation of America, where he led donor engagement for a variety of highly successful campaigns

“I’m thrilled to be part of the South Carolina team at Nature Conservancy, working to protect the rivers, marshes, forests, and coastlines that make this state extraordinary and ensuring they’re here for future generations to enjoy,” says Gray.

“Philip’s experience in securing major gifts and stewarding donors in meaningful, impactful ways makes him a great fit for our team. We’re excited to have him onboard,” says Dale Threatt-Taylor, executive director for TNC in S.C.
