Coastal Oregon
View breathtaking scenery and diverse wildlife along the dramatic Pacific coastline.
June 5-10, 2027
In Oregon, lush forests and braided estuaries meet tidal marsh, mudflats and a striking coastline. On this journey, we will visit many of the Beaver State’s habitats while learning about The Nature Conservancy’s efforts to improve the health of the region’s estuaries. The group will enjoy a picnic lunch at the gateway to Oregon’s breathtaking Cascade Head Marine Reserve. In addition, we’ll explore Nestucca Bay National Wildlife Refuge, enjoying panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean while learning about TNC’s work in estuary restoration. And a trip to Oregon is not complete without excursions to its iconic landmarks, like Cannon Beach’s Haystack Rock to explore tidepools and look for tufted puffins.
Highlights
