Event Overview

Join The Nature Conservancy in Wyoming for a community hike at Red Canyon Ranch and learn about one of the most recognizable landscapes in the Lander area!

Short Hike on Friday, May 30
8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
2.25 miles, 300-ft elevation gain, uneven terrain
Long Hike on Saturday, May 31
8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
5.5 miles, 1,000-ft elevation gain, uneven terrain

Important information: Hikers should meet in the Bomgaars parking lot (275 Grandview Dr.) at 8:30 a.m. to carpool to the trailhead at the Red Canyon Learning Center. Please wear comfortable hiking shoes and bring plenty of water, sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, a jacket and lunch. Please leave your dogs at home.
