Theresa (“Terri”) Shaw joined TNC in April 2020 as our Chief Information Officer. Terri is an accomplished transformational executive leader with nearly 40 years of experience serving in the capacities of Chief Information Officer or Chief Operating Officer. Terri has a distinguished private, public, and non-profit sector career in the federal government, financial services, technology and commercial sectors.
Terri joins TNC after serving as the SVP and CIO for the College Board where she oversaw a multi-year enterprise transformation initiative which included the migration of legacy applications to Cloud solutions, the enterprise change to Agile and DevOps mindsets, and the strengthening of the College Board’s information security posture.
Prior to the College Board, Terri served as the Chief Operating Officer for Scantron Corporation from 2009 to 2012 and as Chief Operating Officer for ECMC Group from 2007 to 2009. From 2002 to 2007, Terri served as the Chief Operating Officer of Federal Student Aid with the U.S. Department of Education. Prior to that, Terri held a variety of management and executive positions at Sallie Mae and last held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
