Moses is Executive Chairman, AP Capital Holdings Inc. He has over 33 years of Asian capital markets experience. Prior to his current position, Moses served as Chairman & Managing Partner of Ajia Partners, and General Partner of Goldman Sachs Group, a global investment bank, where he led the establishment of the fixed income group in Tokyo and headed the debt syndicate group in London. He served as the Chairman of Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC between 1989 and 1994.
Moses is Co-Chair of The Nature Conservancy’s Asia-Pacific Council and a member of its Board of Directors. He was a councilor of the Copenhagen Climate Council and serves as a Trustee of the Hong Kong Centre for Economic Research, the University of Hong Kong; a member of the Brown University Advisory Council in Asia, Brown University; a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Fubon Bank in Hong Kong and SOCAM Development Limited. Moses is the past Chairman of the Parents Council (Hong Kong), Brown University; a past member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and current member of the World Presidents Organization.
Moses holds a BA from Bemidji State University of Minnesota, a MSW from the University of Iowa, and was a Graduate College Fellow of the University of Iowa and SSA Fellow of the University of Chicago.
