Biography
Michelle Beistle joined TNC in April 2019 as our Chief Ethics & Compliance. Michelle is an attorney and strategic business partner with experience creating and sustaining ethical Speak-Up cultures. She is responsible for implementing and managing TNC’s global Ethics program. Michelle leads a global team who work to promote and foster a culture of integrity across the organization.
Michelle is an experienced leader known for collaboration, problem-solving and strategic business acumen. She is a Certified International Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP-I) and speaks frequently on ethics.
Michelle received a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University and a J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University.
