Biography

Jackie joined TNC in 2019 as Maryland/DC’s Coastal Science Program Manager and assumed the role of Resilient Coasts Program Director in November 2021. She leads the chapter’s efforts to build resilience for Maryland’s coastal communities and to develop strategies for facilitating marsh migration, both through large-scale conservation and management and community-scale engagement and planning.

Jackie has a Master of Science degree in Marine and Coastal Science from Rutgers University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College. She was a 2017 NOAA Coastal Management Fellow.
