Her vast experience in Argentina and the United Kingdom, in leadership, organizational development, project management and the management of complex projects, spans nearly 20 years in different sectors, such as the upstream oil and gas business and corporate social responsibility programs.
She worked for almost two decades for the Shell Group in progressive roles, from technical to commercial and managerial positions. She successfully developed relationships with corporate partners, local government authorities, contractors and civil society organizations.

Drawing on her experience in gender mainstreaming and her commitment to equity and diversity, Denise wrote the business study for Shell UK Gas Management and helped implement it throughout the organization.
