Biography

Adrienne is the Grazing Management Program Manager for the Sagebrush Sea Program, one of the Western U.S. and Canada Division’s Priorities to conserve sagebrush ecosystems, western rangelands and communities.

Adrienne works across the seven western states that make up the Sagebrush Sea, focusing on grazing management on private and public lands. She connects livestock management practices with conservation needs while using current technology to support livestock grazing. She is working with four pilot projects for virtual fencing where TNC is a partner to grazing operators and a landowner themselves, looking to gather information on the “how to” and expansion of using technology with flexible grazing management to share with interested internal and external partners.

Prior to joining TNC in October of 2025, Adrienne worked for 10 years in federal service with the BLM as a rangeland management specialist in Montana and Idaho, then worked for four years for Pheasants Forever and Intermountain West Joint Venture working with BLM as the program coordinator for outcome -based grazing authorizations.

She calls the West home and enjoys getting out to see the beauty it has to offer, enjoying hiking, birding (a more recent hobby) and exploring the rural landscapes.
