Including The Nature Conservancy in your estate plans is a powerful way to protect natural places for future generations. Now, for a limited time, your legacy gift can make an impact today—and in the future.

When you let us know that you’ve included TNC in your legacy plans, a generous supporter will donate $2,500 to advance conservation work in Kansas right now.

Legacy gifts can be easier to set up than you might think. Some—like retirement account beneficiary designations— take only minutes and don’t require changing your will.

There are several ways to qualify for the Legacy Challenge. We will receive a $2,500 gift when any of the following apply:

  • You notify us for the first time that TNC is in your legacy plans.

  • You create a new legacy plan and include TNC.

  • You increase the amount of an existing legacy gift.

  • You share details about your existing plans (such as the type of gift and how you would like it to be used) if you have not updated our records within the last five years.

For more information or to notify us of your plans, contact kansas@tnc.org or 785-233-4400.
