Event Overview

It started as a crazy idea—can we brew beer with longleaf pine?—and has become a celebration of all that Virginia’s lands and waters have to offer. Experience OktoberForest Fest!

Join The Nature Conservancy September 30th at Black Narrows Brewing from 2:00 - 7:00 pm to sample the 2023 Virginia Collection of beers, a collaboration between TNC and four Virginia brewers crafted with wild ingredients carefully collected from four iconic Virginia landscapes.

Eleven guest brewers will be pouring beers that represent their geography and community. And for a taste of the sea, enjoy an oyster roast hosted by MotherShuckers Aquafarms.

Admission to the festival is free. Don’t miss it!
