Holiday Hike

Overview

Holiday preparation complete? Join fellow nature lovers on Sunday, December 24, for an early winter hike and enjoyment of the natural wonders of the world. We'll be hiking the Grace Teninga Discovery Trail at Kankakee Sands.

Youth are always welcome at this annual tradition!

Thank you to Friends of the Sands for hosting in partnership with TNC!

• The terrain is easy and the trail is about 2 miles long.
• Youth are welcome to attend with their parents.
• Wear weather-appropriate layers.
