Event Overview

Mashomack has always been a place that brings people together. A few times a year we open the Mashomack House to the community to come together and celebrate our unique connection. Join us for our spring picnic, the summer cocktail party, community Haul Seine in the fall or our Holiday Open House.

All of these events are free. Advanced registration required.

Summer Cocktail Party

July 23 | 4- 6 p.m.

2026 marks 75 years of The Nature Conservancy conserving lands and waters around the world. Join us on Thursday, July 23rd from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on the Manor House lawn for a celebratory cocktail party. Indulge in simple nibbles and cold beverages.

Community Haul Seine

Aug. 29 | 5 - 7 p.m.

Rain date: Aug. 30

All hands on deck! Help pull in our 300-foot haul seine net and get a close-up look at the hidden underwater life of Peconic Bay. Bring your water shoes and join the Mashomack team as we wade to the outer beach to gather, learn and explore.

End the evening with summer s’mores by the shore. In the event of rain, the program will be held Aug. 30 at the same time.
