The Nature Conservancy is working to make a lasting difference around the world in 72 countries. We have a globally diverse workforce of over 3,500 committed and talented staff based or working in all 50 United States and in offices in 30 countries around the world. We are committed to our diversity and inclusion principles and value a blend of perspectives and viewpoints because we know that having a diverse workforce, which is representative of the global population, is essential to achieving our mission.
We sponsor Employee Resources Groups which are instrumental in providing resources, tools and access to a community of peers and allies. Currently, we have:

- Nature’s Pride (LGBT)
- Young Emerging Professionals
- League of Employees of African Descent (LEAD)

We also provide training workshops focused on diversity & inclusion because we want to go beyond “diversity hiring,” and many of our business units sponsor diversity-specific pilot projects which are directly tied to their conservation efforts.
If you are looking to experience the real business of a global organization, we offer a variety of options. These give you exposure to real projects and challenges in the conservation arena.
