Biography
Su-E is the global lead for The Nature Conservancy's Foodscape Accelerator—a technical assistance facility that aims to scale up Regenerative Foodscapes around the world.
Previously, Su-E served as the Director for Corporate Engagement (Asia Pacific) for The Nature Conservancy where she worked with private sector players to mobilize capital and action for conservation.
Su-E has more than a decade of experience in development and sustainability, working with various stakeholders to build and invest in mitigation, adaptation and nature-based approaches. Su-E has led the development of the venture studio at Wavemaker Impact, aimed at building decarbonization companies and was previously a leader in McKinsey’s Southeast Asia sustainability practice, having served companies, infrastructure owners and public organizations on strategic issues around economic development as well as climate change and sustainability.
Su-E also has experience as a financial regulator with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and holds an MA (Oxon) from the University of Oxford.
