Meredith de la Garza

Meredith de la Garza is a conservation leader with extensive experience advancing impactful conservation initiatives across Latin America. Since joining The Nature Conservancy (TNC) in 2018, she has led complex conservation programs, built strategic partnerships, and supported multidisciplinary teams through periods of growth and change. Known for her collaborative leadership, strategic thinking, and commitment to empowering others, Meredith fosters a culture of trust, collective action, and lasting impact for both people and nature. She currently serves as Director of Program Implementation & Alignment for Latin America, helping guide the implementation of TNC’s conservation strategies across the region’s nine country programs. Previously, she served as Conservation Director for TNC Mexico.
