Marcela Kwitko is Associate General Counsel and manages The Nature Conservancy (TNC) legal team that supports Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Global Lands and Global Water units. In her 18 years at TNC, Marcela has worked on critical projects such as creating the first Water Fund in Ecuador and Debt for Nature Swaps in Peru and Colombia. She is a key advisor to the Latin America Region’s leadership.
Before joining TNC, Marcela worked for the State Attorney General Office in Rio Grande do Sul state in Brazil.
