Executive Director, Pennsylvania and Delaware
Since March 2020, The Nature Conservancy (TNC) in Pennsylvania and Delaware has worked to create a world where nature and people thrive together, in our two states, across the country and around the world.
As executive director, Lori leads a team of more than 40 talented and dedicated scientists, conservation staff, fundraisers, marketing, finance and operations staff who are leading with bold strategies and delivering big impacts that support our new Strategic Roadmap: A Stronger Tomorrow which contributes to the broader and ambitious 2030 organizational goals.
With her leadership, The Nature Conservancy in Pennsylvania and Delaware is raising unprecedented resources, investing in cutting-edge science, connecting with new audiences and increasing awareness of key environmental issues. The Conservancy team is deeply committed to developing an inclusive, diverse and equitable culture for team members, trustees and partners.
She also works with other TNC state chapters and external partners across the region to build cross-boundary approaches to ensure effective conservation in the face of large-scale threats like climate change and biodiversity loss.
Lori has a deep appreciation and love of the natural environment and is committed to making the world a better place by being part of the solution to fight climate change and positively impact the planet for future generations.
