Biography
Jamie Ziemann is Director of Philanthropy for The Nature Conservancy in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. She’s a mission-driven fundraising professional with over 20 years of development experience in non-profits that operate at a global to local scale. Jamie embraces a donor-centered philosophy that provides TNC supporters the ability to express their values through philanthropy and make a difference in the natural world. In her early career, Jamie worked for Minnesota Public Radio | American Public Media, growing her leadership skills and expertise in major gifts fundraising. In December 2021, Jamie joined TNC as a member of the Executive Team to lead major and planned gifts fundraising. She’s driven by building authentic relationships, lifting the talents of others and helping donors achieve their philanthropic outcomes.
Jamie is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a bachelor’s degree in communication arts. She lives in Stillwater, Minnesota with her family and enjoys hiking, camping and downhill skiing.
