Jacqui Coca

Jacqui Coca is the Regional HR Business Partner for Latin America at The Nature Conservancy (TNC). In her current position, she leads a team of professionals across the region to implement TNC's People agenda in the region. Her responsibilities include overseeing Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Training and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Labor Relations (domestic and foreign), among other areas.

Jacqui joined TNC in 2020, bringing with her over 20 years of successful experience in a variety of strategic and operational roles in different industries within the private sector. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and an MBA. Jacqui is also actively involved in several organizations. She serves on the board of See The World Education, a nonprofit focused on promoting inclusion for people with disabilities. Additionally, she volunteers her time with organizations such as The Ocean Conservancy, Trekking for Kids, and Vitas.
