Ben Postlethwait

Ben Postlethwait became the Great Plains Division Director in August 2024. In this role, he is the senior conservation leader and manger for TNC’s Great Plains Division, which encompasses Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Texas. Ben previously served as TNC’s Kansas state director. He also brings two decades of experience in the electric utility industry and a background in biology to his role at The Nature Conservancy.

Ben is an avid cyclist, trail runner, scuba diver and paddler, and he also enjoys rock climbing. He and his family enjoy spending a lazy day on the river or riding their bikes through the Flint Hills together.
