Welcome to TNC Ohio’s Volunteer Program!
Thank you for your interest in helping to protect and preserve nature on our spectacular preserves all over Ohio by participating in as many of the projects below as possible. Our volunteer projects are centered on nature preserve management and ecological restoration activities – both of which are critical components of TNC’s work and mission. We need your help and we want you to be part of our conservation community in your area. Participating in projects will give you the opportunity to make a direct positive impact on the environment and meet people who have similar environmental passions.
Projects are normally 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. but can vary depending on the weather and the nature of the project. To sign up for a project, contact Volunteer Coordinator Steve Ross at sross@tnc.org or 614-717-2770 x144 and indicate the project location(s) and date(s) you’d like to attend. Once you sign up for a project you will be connected with regional staff and/or leadership volunteers who will provide you with all necessary details the week prior to the project date.
