GLOBE Program

Growing Leaders on Behalf of the Environment

The mission of the GLOBE program is to prepare young professionals for successful careers in the environmental industry. We hire college students and recent college graduates for paid summer internships in variety of career areas at The Nature Conservancy, and our internship program offers a structured orientation, professional training, network opportunities, mentoring program, and real work experience.

We are excited to announce that the 2016 GLOBE college internship positions are now posted.

The positions for our 2016 cohort include 35 positions in 15 states and include both field and office-based positions in areas including: marketing, community outreach, policy, environmental studies, natural resources management, wildlife ecology, rangeland ecology, philanthropy, technology & information systems, GIS, and government relations.

This year, we are partnering with the Student Conservation Association to recruit for our GLOBE program. To view position descriptions, visit and search “GLOBE INTERN.” To apply for a GLOBE internship, please visit the Student Conservation Association website.
