Take time to enjoy the great outdoors in Mississippi. Grab a picnic, walk in the forest, hike the trail, go for a run, admire the waves, volunteer or learn more through a guided walk or tour at a park or historic site.

Volunteer Inside and Out
Whether you'd like to get your hands dirty (literally!) helping out in the field, or see yourself assisting in more behind-the-scenes efforts such as in an office setting, the Mississippi Chapter can utilize your skills and talents. Some volunteer experiences are one-time events, while other individuals and groups provide consistent support such as weekly 'shifts.' Some of our work is seasonal in nature, and most outdoor activities occur 'rain or shine'. Minimum age for volunteers is 18.

Other Opportunities
We are currently taking applications for individuals interested in assisting us in office settings. If you are interested, please call 601-713-3355 for more information.
