On the Road with TNC

Register your car and do good at the same time.

Montana drivers can show their support for conservation when they are on the road! The Nature Conservancy’s specialty license plate is now available when folks register their vehicles. A $25 donation to TNC will be added at purchase and will help TNC keep Montana a place where nature and people thrive.

The TNC plate is one of hundreds offered by the Montana Motor Vehicles Department that support a variety of organizations and institutions. Recently, the MVD dropped some plates due to a lack of sales.

A couple of things to note. You can’t purchase the specialty plate online, so you’ll need to visit the Motor Vehicles Department, but you can schedule an appointment online. Because they can’t keep all the hundreds of plates in each office, the MVD may have to mail yours to you.

Hope we see you tagging TNC when you’re out on the road!
