Volunteer Overview

The Nature Conservancy and Tillamook Estuaries Partnership (TEP) look forward to working with you! TEP coordinates the grow-out of native plant species for coastal restoration efforts of 30 partners through the Northwest Oregon Restoration Partnership. This nursery supplies native plants for our estuarine habitat restoration work on two of our nearby preserves—Kilchis Estuary Preserve and Miami Wetlands Preserve.

Volunteers will help propagate, repot and/or weed around native plants. No experience is necessary. More specifics will be mentioned in the reminder email the week of the event. Unfortunately, minors are not allowed at this event.

Please BRING: Water, food and layers of clothing that can get dirty. Depending on the weather, we could work outside or in a covered, unheated building. Bring gardening gloves if you have them—if not, you can borrow ours.

Must be 18 or older to join. Register today!
