Zumwalt Prairie Fall Weekend Work Party


Register for this Overnight Volunteer Work Party

Join us at this Eastern Oregon grassland site overlooking the Wallowa and Seven Devils mountain ranges. Volunteers will repair fences, perform noxious weed surveys and removal, maintain facilities and improve wildlife habitat. We’ll work a full day Saturday (9/14) and a half day Sunday (9/15), and everyone is invited to spend Friday (9/13) and/or Saturday (9/14) nights camping with us.

Zumwalt Prairie Preserve ranges in elevation from 2,500 to 5,500 ft. and is home to a wide diversity of plants and animals. Learn more about Zumwalt Prairie Preserve.
