Stream Restoration Volunteer Project

Idaho

Work with The Nature Conservancy on a stream and wet meadow restoration project designed to improve wildlife habitat.

Work in and adjacent to the stream to install restoration structures. The work will include cutting willow branches, pounding posts, carrying supplies, and weaving willow poles into the structures.

Location: Fish Creek: 15 miles NE of Carey, Idaho. Location is  1 hour from Hailey. Directions to be provided closer to date to registered participants.

Registration is required. Must be 18 years or older, able to carry 25 lbs, walk on uneven ground, and work in a remote location for multiple hours.

We ask for a 6 hour commitment and need to start at the scheduled starting time.
