Join us in celebrating the opening day of fishing at the Silver Creek Preserve!

The Nature Conservancy is excited to resume our long-standing tradition of gathering as a community to celebrate the opening weekend of fishing at Silver Creek Preserve. We look forward to hearing your favorite memories and sharing our hopes for the future of this special place!

Join us to see progress on the new Conservation and Education Center, enjoy a BBQ and, as always, swap fishing stories.

This event is free and registration is not required.

The Nature Conservancy adheres to guidance from the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare and the CDC. The health and safety of preserve visitors is a top concern for us, and we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation. Check back for updates or visit our Facebook page.

Please note:

  • The preserve is open to fly-fishing only Memorial Day weekend through November.
  • Dogs are not allowed on the preserve.
