Rogue River Plains Work Party

Oregon

Close to the iconic Table Rocks, Rogue River Plains Preserve protects 125 acres of unique mounded prairie and vernal pool habitat and is home to threatened vernal pool fairy shrimp and endangered large-flowered meadowfoam.

During this work party, volunteers will help remove invasive curly dock from vernal pools to improve the native habitat. Lend a hand while enjoying spring wildflowers, native bunchgrasses and meadowlarks songs with views of Mt. McLoughlin.
