Harvest Willows in the Ruby River Valley

Montana

Spend a spring day out on the land and help us restore streamside areas in the Ruby River valley! We need 8-10 volunteers to assist TNC with a willow cutting/harvesting project in the Upper Ruby River area near Alder, Montana. Work will take place on April 22, 23 and 24. You can join for just one day or more if your time allows.

TNC will provide light snacks and all the tools we will need.

Bring: Lunch, water bottle and field gear, including warm clothes, work gloves, waterproof footwear, clothes you can get wet and muddy.

RSVP Required

If you’re interested please contact Julia Nave at julia.nave@tnc.org.

Please RSVP no later than April 18th (although the sooner the better!) and feel free to contact Julia with questions.
