Overview

Join us in partnership with Grand Teton National Park to assist in important seed collection work on select Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the summer and fall! The collection dates are as follows:

  • Wednesday, July 20
  • Wednesday, August 3
  • Saturday, August 6
  • Wednesday, August 17
  • Wednesday, August 31
  • Saturday, September 10
  • Wednesday, September 14
  • Wednesday, September 28
  • Wednesday, October 5

Volunteers will meet at Moose Post Office across the street from the Craig Thomas Visitor Center at 9:00 am. Everyone will then caravan to actual field sites, which vary across the park depending on what is ready for collection. There will be two options: stay until lunch (noon) or until 4:30pm. Come prepared for a day outdoors with close-toed shoes, water, sunhat, bear spray and lunch.

RSVPs appreciated, but not required. For more information or to RSVP, contact Jasmine at Jasmine_Cutter@partner.nps.gov.
