Cascade Head Hikes

Oregon

Explore Cascade Head Preserve.

Cascade Head provides critical habitat for native prairie grasses, rare wildflowers and the Oregon silverspot butterfly. Join TNC volunteer naturalists on a tour of this coastal promontory. We will meet at Cascade Head's upper trailhead and hike on a moderate trail for 2-3 miles. Participants can continue on their own after lunch; there is a more rigorous path (4 additional miles round-trip) to the lower trailhead with significant elevation gains.
