Birding at Long Pond

Pennsylvania

Join Rick Koval at Long Pond Preserve to seek the mighty migrants on their way back from winter roosts. Celebrate spring migration, one of nature's greatest annual journeys, as billions of migratory birds leave their wintering grounds and head north toward seasonal food sources and favorite nesting spots.

This event includes an easy walk. It is best for ages 12 and up.

Registration for our events is required in order to communicate about unexpected changes. Contact Jenny Case (570-643-7922 ext. 325) to register. Directions and additional information will be provided upon event registration. Please arrive and check in 15 minutes prior to the event.

Note: while most of our events are free, please consider donating $5, per person, to support this and future events.
