The Conservancy and PepsiCo have teamed up to motivate people to protect clean drinking water throughout the U.S. through the simple act of recycling. This five-year partnership, called Recycle for Nature, aims to protect drinking water sources through recycling.
Recycle for Nature aims to:
- Save at least 1.2 billion gallons of water over five years
- Protect rivers and lands that are linked to the health of important water resources across North America
- Enhance water conservation awareness through our digital water website
One simple act makes all the difference. When you recycle your plastic bottles or aluminum cans, you help support efforts to protect and restore up to 1 billion gallons of water.
Find out more on the Recycle for Nature program page to see how you can get involved in protecting drinking water in your community.
In addition to North America, PepsiCo also supports water conservation efforts in Latin America. As a member of the Green Blue Water Coalition, they contribute the Monterrey Metropolitan Water Fund in Mexico as well as the Guatemala Metropolitan Water Fund.
