Air Travel
Air travel should be arranged well in advance because of limited daily flights in and out of Jackson Hole Airport (JAC). United and Delta Airlines service Jackson Hole in May. Jackson Hole Airport is about a 20 minute drive from the Jackson Campus of Teton Science Schools (conference venue).
An alternative to flying into Jackson Hole is to fly into Salt Lake City (SLC) or Idaho Falls (IDA). Depending on weather, the drive time from Salt Lake City to Jackson Hole is about 5 hours, and from Idaho Falls about 2 hours.
Shuttle service from the Salt Lake City and Idaho Falls Airports to Jackson Hole is available via Jackson Hole Alltrans www.jacksonholealltrans.com.
Ground Transportation
Rental car agencies in Jackson Hole: Alamo, Avis, Hertz, Thrifty, Budget, Dollar and National.
Alamo, Avis, Hertz and Thrifty are located onsite at the Jackson Hole Airport. Budget, Dollar and National are in downtown Jackson (shuttle service from the airport is available).
Accommodations
On site: Dormitory-style accommodations with private bathrooms are available at the Jackson Campus of Teton Science Schools (conference venue) $80/night for single, double, or triple occupancy.
