We will process permits on a first-come first-served, random basis based upon the date they are received. If you are granted a hunting permit your signed permit will be returned to you, along with a map, jacket tag, and car tag. Please allow at least FOUR (4) weeks for processing. Every year we receive far more permits than we have space available on our preserves. Your application does not guarantee you a spot to hunt at a Conservancy preserve. Your hunting fee will be returned if no openings are available.

If you will be hunting with a minor who is not your own son or daughter, please contact us at
wisconsin@tnc.org for an additional release of liability form.
No permits will be given over the phone or in person.
