2008 Annual Gathering and Field Day

Saturday, August 23rd

VYCC Monitor Barn, Richmond, VT

Every year members, friends and newcomers join staff and trustees of the Vermont chapter for a day of engaging field trips, an update on conservation actions in Vermont, lively presentations on issues concerning conservationists around the world, and of course good food!

This year the event will be held at the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps Monitor Barn in Richmond, and will explore the forested uplands of Chittenden County and the lush floodplain forests of the Winooski valley, both priorities for protection.

Invitations will be mailed directly to all members of the Vermont chapter.

If you would like to receive an invitation or if you are not sure if you are a member send an e-mail to vermont@tnc.org.

Everyone is welcome to attend, membership is not required. Bring your family and friends and enjoy a memorable day enjoying the nature of Vermont.

See you in August!
