Volunteering Opportunities

Participating at one of our volunteer work days is a satisfying and rewarding way to experience the places we are working so hard to protect in Texas. Work days occur year round and include a variety of activities including brush control, prescribed burning preparations, fencing and repair, non-native plant removal, trash pick-up, painting, trail building and road maintenance, surveys, tree planting, seed collecting and facilities maintenance. Please be sure to bring work gloves, sturdy shoes and clothing, sun/wind/rain protection, insect repellent, sack lunch and drinking water. Work days are free of charge, however, we ask that you register prior to the date. Please register by email or by calling the telephone number listed for each entry. Also, check our Events area to learn about our events and educational opportunities.
